Refund Policy
Overview
This policy applies to paid services: Hashrate Efficiency Audits, Power Cost Modeling Sessions, and Site Readiness Visits. Website content is free; refunds relate to booked services only.
Hashrate Efficiency Audit
Full refund if we cancel before bench work begins or cannot obtain a testable unit within 21 days and no alternative is agreed.
Partial refund (50%) if you cancel after bench scheduling but before physical load testing starts.
No refund once the 72-hour bench run has started, except where we fail to deliver a report within the stated timeframe—in that case you may choose a full refund or expedited completion.
Report revisions included in the service are not separate refundable items.
Power Cost Modeling Session
Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
No refund after the session has occurred and the spreadsheet has been delivered, unless we failed to provide the agreed deliverable.
Site Readiness Visit
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before the visit date.
Deposit forfeited for cancellations within 7 days or no-shows without prior notice.
If we cancel due to staff illness or weather safety, deposit is refunded or applied to a rescheduled date at your choice.
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs we incur on your behalf (travel beyond metro quote, purchased retail units for audit) once spent
- Services already delivered in full
- No-shows without contact
Refund Process
Email info@panel-lagoonhub.click with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original bank transfer within 14 business days.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking if requested at least 48 hours in advance (audits: 5 business days). Additional reschedules may incur a ₩15,000 administrative fee.
Work Already Started
If on-site work has begun, refunds cover only unperformed portions at our discretion based on documented progress.
Materials Purchased
If we procure a miner unit for your audit and you cancel after purchase, the hardware cost is non-refundable; we will ship the unit to you at your expense or liquidate per your written instruction.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (government restrictions, natural disasters) may warrant exceptions handled case by case in writing.
