Panel Lagoonhub Mining Review is the registered trade name under which we publish miner assessments and deliver consultation services from our Seoul office.

Established 2019

The practice began when founder Yoon Tae-ho, a former industrial electrical inspector, started documenting bench results for colleagues who imported ASIC units through gray-market channels. What began as shared spreadsheets in a Seongdong-gu coworking space became a formal review desk in 2019, incorporated to provide written audit reports to small farms and residential miners across South Korea.

By 2021 we added the power modeling service after KEPCO revised several commercial tariff tiers. In 2023 we opened the half-day site visit offering for warehouse conversions in the metro area.

What We Do Today

We remain a hands-on review operation, not a hardware retailer. Our lab bench in Seongdong-gu runs continuous load tests on miners rated from 0.05 TH/s upward. Clients receive measured joules-per-terahash figures, tariff-aware cost models, and on-site readiness checks before capital is committed.

Working Approach

We purchase or accept loaner units without manufacturer sponsorship. Reports cite measurement method, ambient conditions, and firmware version. When we lack a physical sample, we state that clearly and do not publish a score.

We host quarterly open bench mornings for Seongdong-gu residents considering their first miner—registration via contact form, limited to six attendees.
